What You'll Do

• Manage IT change requests throughout their lifecycle, from submission to closure
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and procedures during change implementation
• Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to oversee and review change proposals
• Coordinate scheduling of IT changes across business calendars to avoid conflicts
• Conduct risk assessments for new or modified services to minimize operational disruption
• Publish and maintain a forward schedule of change and downtime calendar across all regions
• Work with project managers and IT teams to define and deliver change requirements into live environments
• Conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) to evaluate results, document lessons learned, and improve future processes
• Support adoption of standardized IT solutions across multiple business units and geographies
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and risk management frameworks

Ideal Profile

• UAE National with a degree in Computer Science or related field
• Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL and ISO 20000
• 1 year of experience in change management (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills with ability to collaborate across teams
• Eager to contribute to continuous improvement in IT service delivery
