Job Description
As the IT Business Relationship Manager for Product Lifecycle, you will play a pivotal role in the collaboration between the IT department and various business units. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your deep understanding of the construction lifecycle and associated technology to ensure seamless alignment of IT services and solutions with the strategic goals and operational needs of the organisation.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with key stakeholders including executives, department heads and project managers
- Develop a deep understanding of business needs and goals to align IT solutions effectively with organisational objectives
- Proactively identify areas where IT can add value to the business by staying up to date with emerging technologies and trends
- Effectively communicate the benefits of IT solutions and services to business stakeholders through presentations, proposals and reports
- Oversee IT projects related to business needs, including coordination with project teams, budget management and ensuring timely completion
- Bachelor\'s degree is required familiarity with international frameworks such as ITIL, PMI, or Prince 2
- Proficiency in project management, application development lifecycle and business relationship management in a construction and real estate environment
- Exposure to various technologies including SAP technologies/modules, BIM solutions, Oracle unifer and similar
- Have demonstrable experience delivering presentations on project progress to c-suite and board level senior leadership
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
