IT Applications Manager - Dubai, Full Time
You must be an IT Applications Manager, who will be responsible for managing the implementation of Business Applications throughout the full project life cycle. You will be joining a Global organization who are on a Digital Transformation to become a leader in their market.
Candidates must be based in Dubai to be considered for this position. There may also be European travel involved, so you must be willing to travel to Europe at least 2-3 times a year.

Responsibilities
- Leading a small team of Applications Support Engineers, responsible for managing the business\' internal IT Systems.
- Overseeing the complete project lifecycle for Business Applications,
- Developing project plans, ensuring all work is completed on time and in full.
- Working closely with senior management, providing training where needed to team on Microsoft ERP system.
- Supporting the migration of the Microsoft ERP System, maintaining the on-prem SQL database.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Applications support, leading teams in the process.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP, supporting and developing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Navision (knowledge of additional platforms is a plus).
- Proficient in handling ERP migration projects and providing end user support with help of internal IT Team.
- Ability to comprehend business processes and collaborate with senior team members from various departments to implement modern solutions.
- Competence with reporting tools like QlikView and Power BI.
- Skilled in SQL database management,
- Strong programming proficiency in SQL, Visual Basic, Visual Studio (Essential)
- Experience with other programming languages such as the .NET Framework, Java, C, Python, and HTML (nice to have)
- Strong communication with both internal and external stakeholders, showing leadership, and interpersonal skills.
