Job Description

Our client, a large institution in the financial sector based in Abu Dhabi, is looking to build their internal IT Support Staff team. They are looking for IT application Supports specialists, preferably with banking and financial industry experience. Only open to candidates with hands on application support experience.

Roles and Responsibilities IT Application Support:

Respond to and resolve application support tickets
Provide technical support to the organisation\'s employees and customers on the applications
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
Install and configure application software
Provide guidance on the use of the organisational applications
Maintain and update the application knowledge base
Document and report on application support activities
Banking and financial industry experience is preferred.

Please note that the Budget for the role is- up to 10,000k AED Monthly + Health Insurance + Visa

This is an On Site Position.

No relocation is provided.
