Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and network devices
Monitor system performance, backups, and network connectivity
Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Manage software licenses, updates, and IT inventory
Ensure cybersecurity protocols are implemented and followed
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and access control devices
Monitor live feeds and ensure proper recording and storage of footage
Troubleshoot CCTV hardware/software issues and coordinate repairs
Maintain logs of surveillance activities and system health
Collaborate with security personnel to ensure coverage and incident response
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
