We are seeking a young, dynamic, and bilingual (Arabic & English) professional to join our reputed US curriculum school in Abu Dhabi as an IT Administrator.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and education, with the skills to support teachers, students, and staff in a digital learning environment.
? Candidates must be available for a face-to-face interview and hold at least a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
The IT Administrator is responsible for maintaining and improving the school's IT systems and infrastructure -- ensuring our technology supports learning, innovation, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the school's IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and wireless networks.
• Oversee software and hardware installations, updates, and maintenance.
• Provide technical support to staff and students for devices, printers, and connectivity.
• Ensure cybersecurity measures are up to date and enforced.
• Manage school management systems (SMS/LMS) and ensure smooth operation.
• Backup data regularly and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Collaborate with vendors for hardware, software, and service contracts.
• Provide IT training and digital literacy support to teachers and staff.
• Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of IT administration or network management experience (preferably in an educational environment).
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS systems, networking, and cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.).
• Experience with firewalls, antivirus, and data protection protocols.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
