Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage and support our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in networking, hardware, ERP systems (preferably Odoo), and security solutions. This role is essential in ensuring that our IT systems operate effectively, securely, and efficiently across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain local and wide area networks, servers, and related hardware and software

Manage and monitor the company's firewall, antivirus, and overall cybersecurity environment

Provide first-line support for all hardware, software, and network-related issues

Maintain and support the company's ERP platform (Odoo), including user access and system configurations

Oversee IT asset management, including inventory tracking and procurement coordination

Ensure regular backups, disaster recovery procedures, and system updates are in place and functioning

Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures

Liaise with external vendors and service providers for technical support and procurement

Train staff on IT systems and ensure proper usage protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar IT administration role

Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches) and server administration

Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and maintenance

Working knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Odoo is highly preferred

Proficiency in implementing and managing security protocols and solutions

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
