Responsibilities
Onboarding /Offboarding and Maintenance of users in Active Directory.
Onboarding / Offboarding of users' door access cards and changing the access as per
the request from the manager
Configuration and Management of AVAYA IP phone system.
Managing and updating Anti-Virus
Managing and updating Windows OS and other software
Managing Wireless Connectivity for users and fixing network-related issues
Manage Shared Folders and Data Integrity and Security.
Renewals of Software licensing.
Installing and supporting VPN software as per the user's requirements.
Management of the SCCM system for the Microsoft updates and other third-party
applications updates.
Qualys Vulnerabilities Management
Managing CCTV camera systems
Managing Veritas Backup Exec. Including backups and restore operations.
Daily monitoring of the AWS servers & On Prem Hyper-V servers
Proper Communications & follow-ups with the related government entities
