Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain servers, systems, and applications (including GIS & Asset Management software). Perform daily system monitoring, backups, and security checks. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and manage user accounts. Research and implement innovative, automated system solutions. Maintain system documentation, performance reports, and contribute to capacity planning. Provide Tier III technical support and coordinate system recovery operations. Collaborate with management to align IT solutions with hospital needs. Qualifications: BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in IT administration or system engineering roles. Proficiency in various computer applications and design software. Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and accountability. Preferred Traits: Desire to take initiative and responsibility. Experience supporting clinical or healthcare IT environments is a plus.
