We are a Dubai-based company seeking an experienced and reliable IT professional to manage and oversee our IT Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of all IT systems and infrastructure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networks Oversee daily IT operations and provide technical support to staff Ensure data security, system backups, and disaster recovery plans Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively Coordinate with vendors and service providers Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices Support system upgrades, new technology implementation, and licensing Ensure compliance with company and regulatory IT standards

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of relevant IT experience

Strong knowledge of networks, servers, systems administration, and cybersecurity Experience managing IT operations independently Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently Strong communication and organizational skills

Must be based in Dubai

or willing to work in Dubai

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field Experience working in a corporate or multi-user environment Knowledge of cloud services and modern IT infrastructure is a plus
