What you'll do:
- Provide first-line IT support (hardware, software, networks)
- Manage IT assets, servers, Office 365 & backups
- Support staff with accounts, email, and system access
- Maintain security, VOIP, CCTV & access control systems
- Contribute to IT projects and process improvements
What we're looking for:
- Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years' IT administration & networking experience
- Microsoft / Cisco certifications preferred
- Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
