We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of networks, servers, devices, and security systems. The role will also include basic ERP support as a secondary function.

Key Responsibilities

1. Network & Infrastructure Management

Administer and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, switches, and routers. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize bandwidth usage. Ensure network security through regular audits and implementation of best practices.

2. Server & Cloud Administration

Manage on-premises and cloud servers (Windows/Linux) for high availability and performance. Perform regular backups, patching, and disaster recovery planning. Oversee storage management, virtualization, and resource optimization.

3. User & Device Management

Set up and maintain user accounts, access rights, and authentication policies. Manage IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Provide support for software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.

4. Security & Surveillance

Monitor and maintain CCTV surveillance systems and access control devices. Ensure antivirus, endpoint security, and data protection measures are up-to-date. Conduct periodic security reviews and respond to potential threats.

5. IT Support & Maintenance

Provide Level 2/3 support for IT-related issues across all departments. Prepare documentation, SOPs, and IT guidelines for users. Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software, and maintenance contracts.

6. ERP Administration (Secondary)

Handle basic ERP system administration, including user access, permissions, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with ERP vendors for upgrades, patches, and issue resolution. Assist with report generation and minor workflow changes as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in IT administration, networking, and system support. Strong knowledge of firewalls, routers, VPNs, and network protocols. Experience in server management (Windows/Linux) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred). Familiarity with ERP systems (ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, or similar) is an advantage.
