About the Role:
Asico Real Estate is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive
IT Administrator
to manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure. This role will be responsible for overseeing networks, servers, security, and internal systems to ensure smooth and secure business operations.Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure. Administer user accounts, emails, and access control systems. Monitor system performance and ensure data backups and disaster recovery readiness. Ensure cybersecurity best practices are applied across all systems. Manage IT procurement and liaise with vendors for hardware/software purchases. Provide IT policy guidance and enforce compliance with company standards. Document system configurations, changes, and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in IT system/network administration. Proficient in server environments (Windows/Linux), networking, firewalls, and backup systems. Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and protocols. Strong problem-solving and documentation skills. * Familiarity with real estate software platforms is a plus.
