Job Description

The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the entire IT infrastructure across multiple business units within the group. This includes networking, cloud and on-premise systems, cybersecurity, user support, and security surveillance systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with server and network management, cloud environments, basic CCTV systems, and data security, and preferably hold CCNA or CCNP certification.

Key Responsibilities

Network & System Administration

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, switches, routers (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.) Administer servers (Windows Server, Linux), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file sharing Manage email systems Microsoft 365 and VPN access for remote users.

Cloud & Data Management

Oversee cloud infrastructure Azure in particular backups, and storage Implement and monitor data backup and disaster recovery solutions Manage permissions, user access controls, and secure data sharing

Security Systems & Surveillance

Install and maintain CCTV systems and DVR/NVR setups Coordinate with vendors for CCTV installation, expansion, or troubleshooting Support access control systems (RFID, biometric, etc.)

Cybersecurity

Monitor and mitigate cybersecurity threats, ensure antivirus/firewall protection Conduct regular vulnerability checks and security audits Ensure compliance with internal IT and data protection policies

Technical Support

Provide Level 1-3 support to users across all departments Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Train staff on IT systems and cybersecurity awareness

Documentation & Asset Management

Maintain updated records of IT inventory and licenses Prepare regular system reports and IT incident logs Assist in budgeting for hardware/software procurement and upgrades

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)

- preferred

CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)

- preferred Additional certifications in

Microsoft, CompTIA, or cybersecurity

are a plus

Experience

3-5 years of IT administration experience

, ideally in a trading or multi-branch business Hands-on experience with

networking, cloud, security systems, and CCTV

Experience with ERP or trading software integration is an advantage

Skills

Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and server management Familiar with CCTV technologies and basic setup/configuration Working knowledge of cloud services, cybersecurity, and virtualization tools Excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal skills Able to multitask and support multiple business units in a fast-paced environment ERP knowledge and experience
