We are looking for a skilled

IT Administrator

to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Job Summary

The IT Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and securing our company's IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support end-users effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain hardware (computers, servers, printers, etc.) and software (OS, applications, security tools). Monitor and manage network performance, security, and backups. Troubleshoot IT issues and provide technical support to employees. Ensure data security and compliance with company policies. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Implement and maintain IT policies and best practices. Assist in IT procurement and vendor management. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

[5] years of experience in IT administration or similar role.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure). Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, switches). Experience with cybersecurity practices and data backup solutions. Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

Certifications (Preferred):

CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), CCNA, etc.
