ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our Help Desk team. You will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth operations across our organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of professional experience in IT Help Desk or IT Administration
Bahraini national (Required)
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems
Experience with Active Directory, user management, and network administration
Proficiency in ticketing systems and IT support tools
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to and resolve IT support tickets from end-users
Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and in-person support
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
Perform system maintenance and updates
Document issues and solutions for future reference
Maintain IT equipment inventory and asset management
Support company IT infrastructure and security protocols
