We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven IT Administrator to manage and maintain the full scope of Diva Group's internal IT systems, data infrastructure, and digital operations. The ideal candidate will ensure

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations & System Management
Manage and monitor biometric cloud attendance systems and backups
Ensure the Diva File Server (FILE SVR) and shared folders are consistently accessible and secured
Maintain the DM_Master Folder, Subscription Sheet, and IT log files
Regularly update and monitor shared WhatsApp Group documentation and reasons
Security & Access Control
Oversee user rights and permissions for internal folders and file servers
Monitor access to confidential documents, including job folders and digital asset archives
Ensure cybersecurity hygiene and system patching is maintained regularly
AWS Cloud Systems & Backups
Manage cloud-based backups and document archival processes
Maintain logical structure and version control across internal databases
Ensure external drives and cloud folders are consistently updated with verified backups
Documentation, Budgeting & Reporting
Track system logs, incident reports, and handover summaries
Maintain up-to-date documentation for all tools, platforms, and hardware
Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure access handover during employee onboarding or exit
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Provide first-line support for all employees' IT issues (hardware, access, connectivity)
Support printer/server/router troubleshooting and escalate to vendors where required
Ensure uninterrupted network and email services across departments
Required Skills & Experience:
2-4 years of proven experience in IT operations or systems administration
Strong knowledge of server management, data backup solutions, access control, and internal file systems
Familiarity with biometric attendance systems, VPNs, shared drives, and remote support tools
Ability to manage documentation workflows using Excel, Google Sheets, and system logs
Basic knowledge of cloud services (Google Drive, Dropbox, AWS preferred)
Strong problem-solving mindset and confidentiality in managing sensitive data
Desirable Traits:
Reliable, proactive, and well-organized
Strong communicator who can document and explain processes clearly
Experience working with multi-department setups (HR, Finance, Studio, Sales)
Familiarity with Talent/media/digital production industries is a plus
Working Hours:
Monday- Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Saturday 09.00 to 13.00
(With flexibility to respond to emergency tech issues after-hours)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
