Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive
IT Administrator
to join our team and ensure our IT infrastructure runs securely, smoothly, and reliably.Responsibilities
Manage, monitor, and maintain company servers, networks, and systems. Provide technical support to employees (hardware, software, connectivity issues). Configure and maintain security tools, firewalls, and backups. Oversee user account management, permissions, and access rights. Maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and policies. Support software deployments, updates, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and service providers as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as an IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar role. Strong knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN), Windows/Linux systems, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Workspace). Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and backup/recovery solutions. Understanding of IT security protocols and tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
