Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Data Analyst & AI Tools Specialist

who can transform raw data into actionable insights and leverage modern AI tools to improve decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data analysis, reporting, and using AI platforms (like ChatGPT, Google AI, etc.) to streamline operations, forecast trends, and support business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze sales, inventory, customer, and operational data Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor business performance Use AI tools to assist in data processing, automation, forecasting, and content generation Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth Work with different departments (sales, logistics, purchasing) to provide data-driven insights Suggest and implement process improvements using AI-powered solutions Stay updated with the latest AI and data analytics technologies Train or support staff in the use of AI tools where applicable

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, etc. Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Good communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear way Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field Experience in FMCG, retail, or trading industries is an advantage
