We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Emirati national
to join our team as anIT Administrator
. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are running efficiently and securely.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the organization's IT systems, including servers, networks, and software applications. Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware (computers, printers, routers, etc.). Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems quickly and efficiently. Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures. Document IT processes and create user manuals. Support the procurement of new IT equipment and software.
Requirements:
Must be a
UAE National (Emirati)
. Proven experience in an IT support or IT administration role. Familiarity with networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting. Knowledge of system administration tools and security protocols. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with MS Windows, Linux, and networking concepts is a plus.Job Type: Full-time
