Role Description:
The IT Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the IT infrastructure of the healthcare facility to ensure the smooth operation of clinical, administrative, and operational systems. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, implementing security protocols, and ensuring compliance with healthcare IT standards and regulations.
Qualifications
:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of IT experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems, HIS, or other healthcare-specific applications. Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, and system security. Familiarity with IT compliance standards. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
