VAM Systems is currently looking for Islamic Conversion Specialist for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

Academic Qualification (Formal Education)

. Bachelor's Degree . BA Finance & Banking . Islamic Banking

Experience: 11 to 15 Years

Skills

. Test working knowledge of Islamic Banking Principles . Test in depth knowledge of Islamic Banking Financing Products Structures used for Personal Finance, Ijara, Auto Finance, Credit Card . Test Project Management knowledge . Test in depth understanding of Retail Banking Business Flows and processes . Test in depth knowledge of Islamic Banking Financing Products Documentation of Personal Finance, Ijara, Auto Finance, Credit Card . Test in depth understanding of Technologies used for system developments i.e. APIs & Integrations . Bank Policies and Procedures . Consumer Lending . Customer Service . Loan Processing . Loan Management . Consumer Behavior Studies . Preferred Previous Work Experience Banking

Responsibilities

. Create/implement a Project Management tools (Tracker/Notification/Escalation). . Feed all approved project plans through the bank's approved project management system (Jira/others) and assign tasks accordingly to project team. . Identify potential blockers and other project risks and communicate the risk to stakeholders and report to management. . Work with stakeholders to confirm resolution to potential blockers and risk mitigations in place with incorporating the mitigations in the main project plan. . Assure the kick-off of ancillary projects/ dependencies in timely manner, in line with the main project plan. . Align the implementation plan to the Bank Conversion Plan to assure the resource availability during various stage of the project and avoid any overlaps (projects UAT, Project Gap Study).

Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days)

The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - Bahrain and shall be deputed to one of the Banks in Bahrain.
