We are looking for an experienced and certified IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician to lead and supervise a team performing external facade and glass cleaning on high-rise structures. The Level 3 Technician is responsible for the safety, planning, and execution of rope access operations, ensuring full compliance with IRATA and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all rope access operations for external cleaning works.
Set up, inspect, and manage rope access systems and anchor points.
Ensure all team members work in accordance with IRATA regulations and company safety procedures.
Conduct pre-job risk assessments, safety briefings, and toolbox talks.
Monitor performance and provide guidance to Level 1 and 2 technicians.
Maintain accurate records of work, safety checks, and equipment logs.
Perform rescues and emergency response procedures if required.
Communicate with clients, site supervisors, and management regarding work progress and issues.
Inspect and maintain rope access and safety equipment.
Requirements:
Valid IRATA Level 3 Certification.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in rope access supervision.
Strong background in external glass and facade cleaning.
In-depth knowledge of IRATA guidelines and safety procedures.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Valid first aid certificate (preferred).
Good physical condition and ability to work at height.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
