We are seeking a skilled

Control Room Systems/IP Telephony & Security Engineer (Level 2)

to design, implement, and optimize data networks and IP telephony systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in

Routing & Switching, Collaboration, and Network Security

, and the ability to manage and support mission-critical ICT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and implement IP Telephony, Wireless, and Security solutions. Manage ICT projects and ensure smooth coordination with developers and stakeholders. Lead network operations, upgrades, and troubleshooting at L2/L3 level. Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with Cisco TAC for complex issues. Support business continuity through robust network infrastructure and system integration.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's in Technology.

10-12 years of experience

in a similar role.

CCIE (Routing & Switching, Collaboration)

and

CCNA

required. Experience in Cisco IP Telephony, Unified Contact Center, and Network Security Systems. PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred. Knowledge of Juniper and VMware vSphere is a plus.

Skills:

Strong leadership, analytical ability, teamwork, and communication skills. Must be self-motivated and customer-focused with hands-on technical expertise.
