Position Overview
The role involves conducting financial and market analysis, managing investor engagement, preparing reports and presentations for ADNOC management, and supporting debt and equity market activities. The candidate will work on strategic IR initiatives to strengthen ADNOC's market positioning and improve shareholder value.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular analysis of ADNOC listed instruments, including price movements and market drivers.
• Prepare internal and external reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with equity and fixed income investors, brokers, and analysts.
• Support drafting of investor presentations, press releases, and market communication materials.
• Monitor peer group performance, industry trends, and provide market intelligence to management.
• Assist in developing and implementing investor engagement strategies, targeting institutional and retail investors.
• Participate in investor marketing and IPO-related activities, ensuring alignment with ADNOC's objectives.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure regulatory adherence and consistency of messaging.
• Support ADNOC Group's sustainability communication initiatives in investor relations activities.
• Contribute to the development of ADNOC's IR digitalization and data analytics framework.
• Monitor ADNOC's listed subsidiaries' valuation against historical benchmarks and key peers.
• Participate in organizing investor events, analyst briefings, and quarterly earnings calls.
• Assist in rolling out training programs for internal IR teams to enhance compliance and best practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting; Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, financial analysis, portfolio management, or investment banking.
• Strong understanding of equity and debt capital markets, financial instruments, and valuation techniques.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, MBA, CA, or CIRO preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with financial modeling, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.
