This role is ideal for professionals who specialize in guiding clients through high-return property investments, including off-plan developments, income-generating assets, and portfolio diversification opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on profitable real estate investments across residential and commercial sectors
Promote off-plan, resale, and rental properties with strong ROI potential
Conduct market analysis and present data-driven investment strategies
Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and financial advisors
Negotiate and close property transactions with precision and professionalism
Generate leads through targeted outreach, referrals, and investor networks
Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and regulatory updates
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and reporting tools
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate investment sales (UAE market preferred)
Strong understanding of ROI, yield, capital appreciation, and market cycles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a consultative approach
Familiarity with CRM platforms and investment analysis tools
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
