Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on investment opportunities in residential, commercial, and off-plan properties Analyze market trends, ROI projections, and financial data to support client decisions Build and manage relationships with investors, developers, and institutional clients Conduct property tours, presentations, and investment consultations Structure and negotiate deals that align with client objectives and financial goals Stay informed on regulatory changes, tax implications, and market developments Maintain accurate records of listings, transactions, and client communications Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of investment deals
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate investment sales or financial advisory Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and investment landscape Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus Professional demeanor with a consultative, client-first approach Familiarity with financial modeling, CRM platforms, and investment reporting tools Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
