Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-oriented Investment Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who understand property as a financial asset and can guide clients through strategic acquisitions. You will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities, advising clients on portfolio growth, and closing high-value transactions with precision and insight.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and promote real estate investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi Advise clients on ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, and market trends Conduct property viewings and present data-driven investment proposals Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and financial advisors Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and strategic foresight Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and investment tracking tools

Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or financial services Strong understanding of property investment metrics and market dynamics Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred Familiarity with CRM platforms and financial modeling tools is an advantage
