The candidate must have at least 8 years of experience within investment accounting, mainly in private investments and direct experience dealing with Global Custodians and Fund Managers. - Monitor and review Global Custodian, Fund Managers, and General Partners activities to ensure extensive control of the Fund\'s investment transactions accounting.
- Reconcile monthly investment accounting reports and journals from custodian, fund managers, and private market investments with source information.
- Validate trial balances and positions, ensuring accuracy and completeness in internal records.
- Review and validate monthly investment accounting reports, analyzing and reflecting investment positions and transactions accurately.
- Play an active role in implementing changes and improvements to automated financial and management information systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate settlement and control of all investment activities, adhering to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and internal investment policies.
- Record fees for Investment Management, Custody, and Performance/Carried interest in accordance with agreements.
- Execute day-to-day operations of the investment accounting division, ensuring adherence to internal controls and awareness of financial risks.
- Ensure timely production of IFRS-compliant Financial Statements and complete ad-hoc analysis and reports as needed.
- Review entries for consistency in Fund\'s trial balance, independently review private markets valuations, and actively participate in policy development for effective control of investment accounting and control activities.
