A reputable and well-established company is actively recruiting an Inventory Specialist for their team in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Act as a liaison between the ordering, sales/service, and warehouse teams to confirm the stock availability and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels across different territories and ensure timely replenishment of stock to meet operational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory requirements.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and ordering teams to validate stock levels and assess reallocation opportunities.
- Monitor shelf-life and manufacturing dates, initiating liquidation efforts once items exceed defined thresholds.
- Provide real-time updates to the sales and service teams on stock status to support timely decision-making.
- Bachelors degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, procurement operations, or a related function.
- Proficient in reporting and analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and inventory management software/databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
