Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain & Inventory Specialist to manage and optimize daily operational, supply chain, procurement, and inventory control functions for our trading business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations within the UAE or GCC market, with a focus on procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, and logistics.

The candidate must be familiar with the Odoo ERP system and Arabic nationality only will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Logistics:

Oversee daily operations: order processing, stock movement, warehouse coordination, and delivery scheduling.

Manage logistics arrangements for local and international shipments.

Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Coordinate with warehouse teams for accurate inventory handling, stock audits, and dispatch planning.

Supply Chain:

Track material demand and maintain optimal inventory levels, avoiding stock outs or overstocking.

Inventory Control & Reporting:

Track shipments, control inputs and outputs from warehouses and other stores.

Investigate stock discrepancies; escalate issues via SRD reports and coordinate resolution.

Perform weekly stock accuracy checks and segregation of damaged goods.

Maintain records of inventory, shipments, procurement, and vendor transactions using Odoo ERP system.

Generate regular operational reports for management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

2-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory control, logistics, or retail stock handling.

Strong hands-on experience handling large shipments and maintaining accurate stock records.

Familiarity with Odoo ERP system is mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Arabic nationality only.
