- Sending orders to a dedicated group of suppliers
- Receiving professional forms from a supplier, checking prices
- Price communication with Product category management department
- Establishment in the CRM system of orders, payment requests, loading plans
- Sending loading plans to the supplier
- Order quality control of the goods at the factory before shipment
- Receipt and verification of shipping documents from suppliers
Requirements
- Higher education in economics
- 2+ years of experience in purchases at a large trading company
- Proficiency in English and one of East Slavic languages
- Excellent knowledge of business process management software and Excel
- Home office
