Tasks

  • Sending orders to a dedicated group of suppliers
  • Receiving professional forms from a supplier, checking prices
  • Price communication with Product category management department
  • Establishment in the CRM system of orders, payment requests, loading plans
  • Sending loading plans to the supplier
  • Order quality control of the goods at the factory before shipment
  • Receipt and verification of shipping documents from suppliers
Institution of delivery requests

Requirements

  • Higher education in economics
  • 2+ years of experience in purchases at a large trading company
  • Proficiency in English and one of East Slavic languages
  • Excellent knowledge of business process management software and Excel
