Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Inventory Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels across branch warehouses, stock checking and ensuring accuracy of stock records, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.Key Responsibilities:
Utilize
SAP
(preferred) or other inventory management systems to track and report stock. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regularbranch warehouse stock audits
. Monitor stock levels. Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records in coordination with related staff. Prepare inventory reports for management and assist in forecasting. Collaborate with warehouse teams to streamline processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.Requirements:
Valid
driving license
is mandatory.Prior experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
.Product Knowledge of Printing Industry
Knowledge ofSAP
is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to analyze data and generate accurate reports. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.What We Offer:
