We are looking for a detail oriented
Inventory Coordinator
to join our Inventory / Warehouse team. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing stock discrepancies, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams, and ensuring efficient inventory control processes.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain daily inventory levels (raw materials, finished goods, FMCG products) Receive, count, and reconcile inventory through cycle counts and physical inventory checks king technology Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including negative stock, overages, and variances Prepare and post inventory transactions (e.g., receipts, adjustments) in the ERP / inventory management system Participate in regular and annual physical inventory counts, ensuring data integrity Maintain and update item master data, such as product descriptions, bill of materials, and cost data Produce and analys inventory reports (trends, scrap, adjustments, aging) to support inventory target setting Coordinate with the procurement, distribution, and warehouse teams to ensure alignment on stock levels and movement Recommend process improvements to optimize inventory accuracy and reduce waste
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
