White Cafe is hiring an Inventory Controller with experience in the F&B industry to manage daily inventory control across our branches and central storage. The role requires strong attention to detail, accurate reporting, and close coordination with operations and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain inventory records for all branches (receiving, issuing, transfers, and wastage)
Perform daily and weekly stock counts and monthly inventory closing
Track stock variances, investigate differences, and report findings
Monitor expiry dates, storage standards, and stock rotation (FIFO)
Ensure correct receiving procedures (invoices, quantities, and approvals)
Coordinate with suppliers and operations for stock availability and ordering
Prepare inventory reports including usage, slow-moving items, and high-variance items
Support cost control by minimizing wastage and stock losses
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in F&B inventory control (restaurant or cafe preferred)
Strong knowledge of stock control, FIFO, and variance reporting
Good Excel skills (tracking sheets and basic reports)
Experience using POS or inventory systems is an advantage
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
UAE experience is preferred

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
