Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in cost control, preferably in the food & beverage / hospitality industry.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and procurement processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software.
Ability to analyze financial data, prepare cost reports, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with menu costing, recipe costing, food & beverage production processes, and wastage control.
Analytical Skills:
Excellent numerical, problem-solving, and data interpretation abilities.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Other Requirements:
Male candidate, preferably based in Qatar with transferable visa.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong coordination skills with procurement, finance, and operations departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily food and beverage cost reports.
Conduct spot checks of receiving, storage, and production areas.
Verify and control inventory transactions and ensure accurate stock levels.
Assist in monthly stock-taking and variance analysis.
Prepare cost analysis reports and recommend cost reduction strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
