Inventory Control Manager - Chocolate Manufacturing

Location: Qatar (Local candidates only)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Manager to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in chocolate or food manufacturing and a strong background in managing raw materials, packaging, and finished product inventories.

This role requires excellent knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO), ERP/WMS systems, and hands-on experience in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor inventory for raw materials, packaging, and finished chocolate products. Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits. Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability. Track batch/lot numbers for traceability and regulatory compliance. Optimize inventory processes to reduce wastage and improve efficiency. Prepare and present regular inventory reports to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Food Technology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in chocolate or food manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS inventory systems and Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Currently in Qatar, with transferable visa and NOC. Immediate availability.
