Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control stock inputs and outputs from warehouses and stores.
- Track stock updates in system and maintain log books accurately.
- Escalate stock discrepancies and coordinate adjustments through SRD reports.
- Investigate and prevent stock shortages through weekly audits.
- Manage segregation and movement of damaged units to ensure timely disposal.
- Prepare stores for marketing events, including organizing stock for easy counting.
- Maintain updated records for missing barcode items and coordinate with brand teams.
- Oversee stock adjustments for damages, expired products, testers, transfers, and special orders.
- Support management with timely reporting on sales, stock levels, and discrepancies.
- Monitor Daily Sales Reconciliation (DSR) and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
- Validate and process supplier/contractor invoices and liaise for outstanding payments.
- Participate actively in store maintenance activities and annual business planning.
- Handle administrative tasks relating to PO creation, budget tracking, and SLA adherence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or High School Certification is required.
- 3-4 years of experience in retail stock handling within the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control processes, retail operations, and stock management.
- Good IT skills; experience with SAP and Rpro systems preferred.
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across teams.
- Familiarity with supply chain management or logistics qualifications is a plus.
