Job Responsibilities:

- Work closely with management to monitor, maintain, and control inventory levels in the warehouse.

- Evaluate and communicate all issues, variances, and future needs.

- Analyze current, excess, and obsolete inventories and coordinate distribution/resolution plans.

- Analyze inventory levels and forecast product demand for thousands of various spare parts.

- Determine to reorder levels to ensure product availability while minimizing inventory costs.

- Work closely with management and all departments for the introduction of new machines/parts.

- Collect all relevant information, determine the initial stock quantity, and follow up closely in order to assure parts availability in the introduction phase.

- Performs ad hoc analysis to detect problem causes on request of management. Problem identification by data structuring and elimination.

- Coordinate with the IT team in Inventory related projects. Propose new areas of service improvement to benefit all outlets within the framework of the company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

- 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role in an automotive-related company.

- Bachelor\'s Degree preferably in Engineering (Mechanical or Automobile).

- Practical knowledge of the use of planning tools for Inventory management (including an understanding of the underlying logic and the relation between different stock control variables).

- Knowledge of procedures related to Logistics.

- Basic knowledge of Warehouse operations.

- Clear and effective communication in English.

- Good at using MS Excel, Word, and PPT.
