Serve as the main point of contact for international clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (operations, tech, sales, and support) to address client needs and challenges.
Prepare client reports, presentations, and updates on service performance.
Handle escalations and resolve client issues in a timely, diplomatic, and professional manner.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments affecting PSI's global clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of multicultural business environments and international client expectations.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
