ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about skincare, packaging, aesthetics, and the world of modern beauty brands?

We're opening our doors for

interns who dream of building brands, love design, and want to be at the core of skincare product creation

-- from packaging mockups to production timelines, from brand strategy to market launches.

You'll be working closely with:

The

Founder & Director

of

Incenta

-- a next-generation skincare manufacturing platform based in Dubai.
The

Manager of our Premium Projects Division

, responsible for boutique and high-end skincare orders.

This is a

rare chance to gain real experience

across packaging, brand development, and skincare manufacturing -- not just observing, but participating.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

During this internship, you'll get hands-on exposure to:

Assisting with

packaging selection

and supplier communication Helping prepare

client presentations

and moodboards Supporting our

brand strategy and launch planning

process Following up with our

design, production, and marketing teams

Participating in

internal meetings

and

client presentations

Learning how real

skincare brands are manufactured

from concept to shelf
This is a

dynamic and fast-paced role

that changes based on current projects -- sometimes you'll work on a rebranding strategy, other times you'll scout innovative packaging, assist with formula storytelling, or help keep multiple teams aligned.

You will

WHO THIS IS FOR

We're looking for someone who is:

Passionate about skincare, branding, and design

Eager to learn and

not afraid of multitasking

Interested in how products go from idea to market Excited to work in a

startup-like, fast-paced environment

Comfortable in English (spoken and written) Open to working closely with a female founder who will delegate, mentor, and involve you in the business
Bonus if you love moodboards, Figma, Notion, packaging aesthetics, or have a natural eye for brand storytelling.

HOURS & SETUP

Internship is full-time:

Monday to Friday, 9am-7pm

(Interns may finish earlier) Duration:

3 months

Paid

: AED 1,000-2,000/month (based on experience and involvement)

: In-person (Dubai)

: Strong interns will be offered a full-time role at the end of the program
