Job Description

Our client, dealing in plastics recycling, is seeking to hire an International Sales Representative to help the company expand into new Markets in middle East and Africa Market.

Job responsibilities.

Exploring new areas of opportunities to penetrate with new brands and/or items

Develop business plan and strategy that ensure attainment of company international sales goals and profitability.

Provides timely feedback to management regarding competitive pricing and international sales performance.

Maintains accurate records of all international pricing, sales and activity reports

Create promotional and prices proposal to get the manager approval, conduct items presentations for dealers and customers.

Adheres to company policies, procedures and business ethics.

Contribute to achieve international sales target and after sales evaluation

Follow up and coordinate with logistics on all international shipping, distribution and delivery.

Balances conformity with customers and managing their accounts with accounting.

Applying market visit root plan and market study and analysis.

Requirements:

5 Years in the plastics recycling industry within UAE.

Proven sales track record.

Experience in customer support is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).

Proficiency in English and Arabic. Multilingual candidates will be preferred.

Communication and negotiation skills.

Minimum BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field, MBA will be a plus.
