Job Responsibilities:

- Process dealer\'s orders up to shipment.

- Process supplier incoming shipments.

- Arrange and process logistics for sales and procurement.

- Follow-up collection of outstanding customer balances.

- Process and prepare shipping documents.

- Handle LC documents and communicate with the bank.

- Conduct dealer and customer visits where necessary.

- Assist in the sales and marketing activities.

- Follow-up collection of outstanding customer balances.

- Assist in the admin task of answering phones and queries of customers.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

- 2 years and above sales support experience / Junior Mechanical Engineer with 2 years of sales support experience.

- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate others.

- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing). Native Arabic speaking is an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of MS Office and internet-based applications is a must.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and problem-solving.

- Ability to organize, prioritize, and be flexible to meet deadlines.

- The ability to travel is an advantage.

- A UAE Driving License is a must.
