We are looking for Manager International Sales ( Europe / USA / Africa) for a well known FMCG company called Notions Groupand the candidate needs to have below credentials in order to fulfill the desired expectations for the role : Achieve sales and budget target for Notions product ranges.
Build Sales plans for the Notions product range.
Identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts with Assigned geographical scope wherein he/she will search for appropriate distributors, importers and retailers who can import Notions products.
Meeting new business targets across Key accounts for Notions brands & Bespoke products by meeting sales calls & innovation session targets for effective market coverage.
Capture competition activities, promotions and pricing trends & Reporting as per Sales & Business development MIS Tools.
Analyze market trends and develop concepts for institutional customer along with R&D.
Strong presentation & customer engagement Skills with innovative concept selling skills.
Coordinate and follow up on the distribution opportunities
Ensure all stakeholders including marketing teams, brands & operations/CS are in line with overall company vision and strategy.
Extensively travel of up to 60% to ensure implantation of sales processes and convert business development leads.
Sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers.
Regular visits to markets; collecting relevant market information. Extending the reach & penetration of Notions products and Identifying key importers & distributors in respective markets.
Identify trade gaps and opportunities; recommend new and existing channels to increase product availability countrywide as per set target.
Coordinates sales effort with accounting, logistics and technical service groups. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
