Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing international client relationships, promoting premium properties, and closing high-value transactions. This role requires a strong understanding of global real estate markets and the ability to navigate cross-cultural business environments.

Key Responsibilities

Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in international property transactions Develop and maintain relationships with overseas investors and clients Conduct property tours and presentations tailored to international buyers Provide expert guidance on market trends, investment strategies, and legal procedures Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes Participate in international property exhibitions and networking events Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in international real estate sales or luxury property markets Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate sector Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are an asset) Proven ability to work independently and within a team UAE real estate license or willingness to obtain one Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
