Key Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties across Dubai
Manage the entire sales process: prospecting, property listings, client meetings, negotiations, and closings
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property laws, and Dubai real estate regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
Provide clients with guidance and assistance in buying, selling, or leasing properties
Conduct property viewings and offer professional advice
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information
Requirements
Proven experience as a real estate agent in Dubai (1+ years preferred)
Valid UAE Driving License and own car
RERA Certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)
Knowledge of CRM tools and real estate platforms (e.g. Property Finder)
