Position Overview

We are seeking a globally minded and multilingual International Real Estate Sales Agent to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals with cross-border sales experience, cultural fluency, and a passion for connecting international buyers and investors with premium UAE properties.

Key Responsibilities

Represent and promote UAE properties to international clients and investors Conduct virtual and in-person property consultations tailored to global clientele Build and maintain relationships with overseas buyers, relocation firms, and investment groups Stay informed on global market trends, visa regulations, and international buyer preferences Negotiate and close cross-border transactions with professionalism and cultural sensitivity Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and international lead tracking tools

Qualifications

Proven experience in international real estate sales or global client management Strong understanding of UAE property laws and foreign ownership regulations Fluent in English; additional languages such as Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, or Arabic are highly valued Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and international sales channels
