Mission of the vacancy:
We are looking for an ambitious and communicative specialist who will develop a network of international partners among real estate agencies and independent brokers. Your goal is to find foreign partners who will recommend our agency to their clients who want to buy real estate in Dubai and provide us with a stable flow of quality leads.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
1. Search and attraction of partners:
Active search and establishment of contacts with owners and top managers of real estate agencies in Russia, the CIS, Europe and other target regions.
Presentations on the opportunities of the Dubai real estate market and the advantages of cooperation with Alira Real Estate.
Conclusion of partnership agreements.
2. Training and support of partners:
Regularly informing partners about current offers, changes in legislation and market trends in Dubai.
Conducting webinars and online presentations for partners and their clients.
Advising partners on all issues related to the purchase of real estate in the UAE.
3. Marketing and sales:
Development and implementation of motivation programs for partners (agent bonuses).
Funnel management of incoming leads from partners, their qualification and transfer to sales managers in Dubai.
Control over the implementation of agreements and plans for lead generation by partners.
4. Analytics and reporting:
Monitoring the effectiveness of the partner network.
Preparation of reports on conversion, transaction volume and profitability of partner channels.
We are looking for a specialist who:
Must have:
Experience in real estate, sales, partner network development or B2B sales - from 2 years.
Understanding the principles of real estate agencies "from within".
High-level negotiation and presentation skills.
Willingness to work in the 5/2 schedule from 10:00 to 19:00 (remote).
Excellent communication skills, competent oral and written speech.
Purposefulness, initiative and focus on results.
Preferably has (will be a serious advantage):
Experience in premium real estate.
Availability of active contacts among the heads of real estate agencies in their region.
Understanding the basics of the Dubai real estate market.
Experience of public speaking and webinars.
The level of English is not lower than Upper-Intermediate (at the level of business correspondence and oral consultations).
