International Business Development Manager (b2b Partnerships)

Job Description

We are a rapidly growing hardware startup with full-cycle in-house product development -- from concept to mass production. Our innovative gadgets are already sold in 20+ countries. Now we're looking to scale our international B2B presence by building a powerful global distribution network.
We're seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager who will be responsible for finding, onboarding, and growing international reseller and distributor partnerships.
? Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential distribution partners across key global regions
- Build a pipeline of qualified leads using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, Clutch, and others
- Launch outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn) to generate interest
- Prepare and pitch commercial offers, manage negotiation and deal closing
- Set up CRM funnels (Pipedrive, Hubspot), track engagement and progress
- Collaborate with marketing to prepare sales materials and product sheets
- Attend relevant online/in-person trade events and exhibitions
- Ensure partner onboarding, engagement and long-term success
? Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in international B2B sales or business development
- Proven experience in physical product sales (electronics, gadgets, hardware)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
- Hands-on experience with outreach and sales automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Hubspot, etc.)
- Self-starter mindset, able to operate independently and deliver measurable results
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
? Bonus Skills
- Additional languages (Spanish, German, French, etc.)
- Experience building distribution networks or launching global sales
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for automation and research
- Experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Alibaba, etc.)
