About this Role (Responsibilities):
The International Partner Manager will devise and implement strategies to expand our international partner network. You will identify and close partnership agreements in the EU, Middle East & ROW with the primary aim of driving new business revenue for our Tele-Pathology services business. This role will be key to expanding our international partner network. You will be responsible for prospecting new potential partners, creating joint value statements, managing onboarding and implementing channel plans. You will work closely with the commercial team to win new business revenues in line with clearly defined targets.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities via a partner network
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business/ partners.
  • Create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Support deal structure and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve channel launches and goals
  • Acting as representative of the company at regional trade shows, conferences and events

About You (Skills and Experience):
  • Bachelor in relevant scientific field
  • Successful track record in B2B partner sales with strong negotiation & persuasion skills
  • Ideally 2 years channel experience in the healthcare services industry (pathology, laboratory etc).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self -Starter & Independent problem solver
  • Strong customer oriented mindset with passion for helping clients to meet their goals
  • You will have shown leadership skills in previous positions and are keen to develop these skills further.
  • You bring a sense of urgency to the work that you do and are able to execute on tasks by using your initiative.
  • You enjoy innovating and bringing new ideas to the table.
  • You like to have autonomy in your role and the independence to manage your own time and workload.
  • You are highly collaborative and enjoy working with lots of different teams and people.
  • You have great written and oral English language skills.
Desirable
  • Experience working within pathology, laboratory, oncology, academic medical centres and/or clinical services
  • Experience with Digital Pathology
  • Experience in field-based client relationship management or channel sales a distinct advantage
  • Familiarity with channel sales methodology eg. CHAMP
  • Familiarity with clinical guidelines and regulations

Travel Requirements
  • Candidate must hold a valid Passport and Full, clean Drivers’ License
  • Candidate will be required to travel to represent the company at Customer locations, Trade Exhibitions & promotional events Middle East & EU (50%+ Travel Time)
  • Ability to undertake travel to international partners and conferences as required
  • Must be fluent in English
Work Environment
  • This position is a Remote / Field-based position; the work environment shall be considered as the user’s home working location along with customer locations and trade events / exhibitions as required
  • This position will require remote collaboration with associates on GMT, plus Middle East/ Asian Time Zones, and on occasion Central European Time
